Purpose:
The purpose of the Program is to fund Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Programs in California to provide more children in foster care with a CASA volunteer who will advocate for the services and support needed by children who have experienced abuse and neglect.
Eligibility: Eligible Applicants are CASA Programs in California that have been officially designated as the CASA program for its respective county by the Presiding Judge of the Juvenile Court.
