The purpose of the Program is to maintain a comprehensive, coordinated, community response that is victim-centered, enhances victim safety, provides confidential service to sexual assault victims, holds offenders accountable, and includes comprehensive outreach activities at institutions of higher education.
Eligibility: The only eligible Applicants are the Program Subrecipients funded in the prior fiscal year.
