Purpose:
The purpose of this HSGP for Federally-Recognized Tribes in California (FY21 HSGP Tribal RFP) is to support building or sustaining security enhancement projects that fall within one of the Cal OES HSGP Investment Justifications. Statewide preparedness activities must address high-priority preparedness gaps across one or more of the 32 core capabilities, in addition to requiring a direct nexus to the Prevention, Protection, Mitigation, Response, or Recovery from acts of terrorism.
