The California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) remains committed to providing the reliable, secure Next Generation 9-1-1 network all Californians deserve. Public safety comes first, and Cal OES ensures the network is operating properly through oversight and communications with its contracted service providers.
The list below contains problem notification letters sent to NG 9-1-1 service provider contractors. The list does not include response letters from contractors, or acceptance letters about problem resolution.
