Language Assistance & Bilingual Services

Cal OES commits to language accessibility in our programs and services. Our Bilingual Services program is in compliance with the Dymally-Alatorre Bilingual Services Act. Limited-English proficient (LEP) people of the public can access bilingual resources when needed. These resources consists of certified bilingual staff, translated written materials, and contracted interpreters.

Language Complaints

Cal OES employees are responsible for treating the public with dignity and respect.

The EEO office will help to resolve all language access complaints filed by the public. Send complaints to eeo@caloes.ca.gov. Include your name, address, email and phone number. We will respond to all complaints within thirty (30) days from the date received.
