California Mitigation Summit 2024

A More Resilient California

When & Where: Back in Person! February 21-22nd, 2024 at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center.

What: The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services Hazard Mitigation Section and the California Fire Foundation are pleased to invite working professionals to a two-day summit created especially for those working to reduce or permanently eliminate future risk to lives and property from Natural Hazards.

This Summit will provide updates about the State Hazard Mitigation Plan, a forum to strengthen partnerships among state and local stakeholders building long-term community resiliency, gain insights from state and local hazard mitigation experts, obtain new information about mitigation funding opportunities, and develop a better understanding of mitigation strategies to break the cycle of damage, reconstruction, and repeated damage.

Attendees must register to attend. Please look to RSVP as the event did reach max capacity in 2022.
