The Warehouse & Stockpile Distribution Branch is responsible for ordering, receiving, maintaining, issuing, and shipping a precise inventory of fluctuating equipment, supplies, and commodities necessary to respond to, recover from, and mitigate the impact of proclaimed and declared emergencies. This mission-critical operation includes two permanent warehouses totaling more than 600,000 square feet, and a fluctuating number of temporary warehouses statewide based on the current number of State emergencies at any given time.
