The Victim Services Grants Payments Unit (VS Payment Unit) is responsible for the processing of all reimbursement requests from Cal OES Victim Services Subrecipients in a timely manner. The VS Payment Unit is also responsible for ensuring all required match is met for the grant subawards before the closeout.
