Accomplishing this mission requires a large and diverse team of individuals with a wide array of experience and expertise. The Executive Office of the Director includes offices that contribute toward and support the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services and our vision to be the leader in emergency management and homeland security through dedicated service to all. The Office of the Director includes a variety of sections including; Office of Civil Rights & EEO, Office of Legal Affairs, Internal Audits, Office of Crisis Communication & Public Affairs, Private Sector & NGO Coordination, Access & Functional Needs, Legislative & External Affairs, Homeland Security, and the Office of the Special Advisor.
