​National Emergency Communications Plan

​In an effort to measure progress toward our nation's vision of emergency response personnel communicating as needed, on demand, and as authorized at all levels of government and across all disciplines, the Department of Homeland Security established the National Emergency Communications Plan. The plan includes three specific goals for jurisdictions to demonstrate successful Response Level Communications.
