Jill H. Talley was appointed as the Cal OES Chief Counsel in April of 2014. Talley has served as a Supervising Deputy Attorney General at the California Attorney General’s Office and is a Professor of Law at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. Talley also served as a Deputy Attorney General at the California Attorney General’s Office from 2002 to 2012 and was an associate at Loeb and Loeb LLP from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, she was a partner at Feldman and Talley LLP in Los Angeles. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law.
Public records maintained by the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) are available for inspection by members of the public during regular business hours. Cal OES is entitled to a reasonable period of time to locate the records if not readily accessible and to determine whether they must first be reviewed, and possibly redacted, in order to protect confidential or other exempt material from improper disclosure.
