The mission of the Victim Services Programs is to provide direct services for victims of crime including domestic violence, elder abuse, sexual assault, stalking, and teen dating violence, among others.
There are three units that oversee the Victim Services Programs: the Domestic Violence Unit, Sexual Assault Unit, and the Unserved/Underserved Unit. The following is a listing of the programs by unit:
The Joint Legislative Budget Committee (JLBC) Report is submitted at the beginning of each year. The JLBC highlights the Victim Services and Public Safety programs that Cal OES administers and the three years of past, current and future funding amounts.
